Training Program Includes: 

• How to clean all aspects of the hospital to meet the required safety standard

• How to promote the quality of care that is given to all patients and patient families 

Program Details:  

• Four weeks of classroom and hands-on training

• Participants are hired as casual UPMC employees 

• Participants are paid $17.38/hour during the training program 

• Upon successful completion of the training program, participants will be considered for part-time or full-time positions with UPMC

Classes will be held 8am to 2pm Monday - Friday.

• Have a high school diploma or GED
